What is your return policy?

All sales final. With the exception of the Flowbee Haircutting system. If you choose to return a Flowbee it must be unopened & unused and there is a 20% restocking fee, plus you will need to ship back at your own expense.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping will be a flat rate of $15.00 for all products within Canada. Special shipping policies apply for Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories. We use Canada Post expedited service.

DOMESTIC

No matter where you are in Canada - we ship to you. We reserve the right to select the method of shipping.

INTERNATIONAL

Please contact us for any international shipping.
